Donations to our FOP Cops and Kids Program (formerly known as FOP Shop with a Cop) are tax deductible under IRS guidelines and regulations. Make checks payable to, “Cobb County FOP Charities, Inc.” and mail to P. O. Box 360, Marietta, Georgia 30061 or donate online via our Pay Pal account. Donations to this program are used solely as financial support for children in need in our under served areas. 

 

Currently we spend donated money via three programs under this umbrella.  We sponsor a Back to School Program (supplies & backpacks), Restock the School Pantry Program, and our main event, Cops and Kids Shopping Event during Christmas.   Each of these programs are geared to benefit elementary aged children who attend mostly Title One Elementary Schools in our service area.  Our biggest program is our Cops and Kids Shopping Event which pairs Public Safety Officers (from various departments) in our area with elementary school age children.
